The Shell House IV is an apartment that captures the essence of the island of Lanzarote thanks to its interior decoration and views over the sea. The apartment includes some white masonry furniture in the style of César Manrique. The white of these elements contrasts, in a warm and elegant way, with the other 2 predominant colours of the interior decoration: green and sea water. The large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea is once again an essential element of the house.

The apartment, completely renovated, consists of a bedroom with 2 beds (convertible to double bed), a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a very large terrace overlooking the sea and the swimming pool, which can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.

The most outstanding feature of this apartment is its terrace, very large and spacious with two different areas, the dining area with a table and 4 chairs and the relaxation area with 2 sun loungers; it is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying the magnificent views.
